ECCS, LLC and WCH provides trained and professional caregivers that come to your home in Escambia, Santa Rosa, and Okaloosa counties. We provide quality care for individuals with intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, Downs Syndrome, metabolic disorders, Sturge-Weber Syndrome, etc.
ECCS, LLC and WCH provides these services through highly trained and qualified individuals. Each professional has gone through extensive background screening and training to qualify them to take care of your loved ones. Because your loved one is top priority when you need us.

ECCS, LLC and WCH has professional caregivers 24 hours a day, seven days a week including holidays, tending consumer's needs. We tailor our services to meet your needs and offer a broad selection of service and scheduling options. Our staff includes a large pool of direct support professionals. To which we place with the consumer's needs in mind.
Residential Habilitation Level 1
Washington Care Home
Residential Habilitation service provides supervision and specific training activities to assist the individual receiving services to acquire, maintain, or improve skills related to activities of daily living.
Supported Living Services
ECCS, LLC.
Supported Living Coaching services provide training and assistance, in a varity of activities, to individuals receiving services who live in their own home or apartment. Services can include assistance with locating appropriate housing; the acquisition, retention, or improvement of skills related to activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene and grooming; house hold chores; meal preparation; shopping; personal finances; and the social and adaptive skills necessary to enable ability to reside on their own
Personal Support Services
ECCS, LLC.
Personal Support services provide assistance and training to an adult (21 or older)individual receiving services in activities of daily living, including the areas of eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and preparation of meals. this service can also provide respite services to an individual receiving services age 21 and older living in their family home.
